How do I make an online purchase at miluma.gifts?

It's very simple, in just 2 steps:

  1. Select the products you want to buy and add them to the cart. You can select as many products as you want, as well as the number of units you want.
  2. Check your shopping cart, fill in the customer information, shipping address and make the payment choosing between the different methods we offer.

To speed up future purchases, or if you want to check your order history, we recommend that you register first or, if you already have an account with us, log in before making the purchase.

We will be happy to answer any questions you may have. We respond to emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as quickly as possible.

In which countries can I buy online?

You can buy in mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal.

We hope to be able to manage shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra in the near future.

Can I indicate a delivery address different from the one on my account?

Yes. You can even have more than one shipping address. In your Miluma account you can choose the address you want to send your order to: home, office or even your holiday home. As long as it is within the countries we serve.

Are products that are out of stock restocked?

We are sorry that the item you want is out of stock. We try not to have stock shortages in order to offer you the best possible service. If you need to know if a product is coming back soon, you can subscribe to the availability notification that you will find on the product page and we will notify you by email.

How can I contact Customer Service?

Where can I insert a discount code?

In the last step of the purchase process before paying you can insert the
discount code in the “Discount code” box and then
click the “apply” button.

Can I modify an order once the purchase has been made?

Unfortunately, once placed, an order cannot be modified.

Can I cancel an order once the purchase has been made?

It is possible to cancel an order as long as the package has not been prepared. You can request the cancellation through hola@miluma.gifts .

If the order has left our logistics warehouse, we will not be able to manage the cancellation of the order. You will have to make a return when it arrives. We are sorry!

Do I need to create an account to purchase?

It is not necessary to create an account to purchase, but we recommend it so that you can enjoy more benefits such as:

  • Review your orders and their status at all times.
  • Modify addresses, emails or other data.
  • View your previous orders.
  • Sign up for availability alerts for items coming soon.
  • Do you like a product and don't want to lose sight of it? Add it to your wishlist!

How can I create an account on Miluma?

Welcome to Miluma!

It's very simple! You must select the "My Account" section at the top right of the website and click "Create Account" .
You will have to fill in your personal details (name, surname, email and password).

How do I access my account?

Simply click on “My Account” at the top right of the website and enter your email address and password.

How can I edit my addresses?

You must log into your account and select “View Addresses” . In this section you can change the name, email, address or indicate which address you want as default. You can also add more delivery addresses.

How can I access My Wishlist?

You can access your favorites in "My Account - My Wishlist" a box in
green that appears on the right in the middle of the screen.
In this section you can modify the list or buy the selection.
We reserve the products, but they are recorded for the future.

Forgot your password? Don't worry!

You must click on “forgot your password?” and enter your email address. You will then receive an email that will allow you to reset it again.

How can I receive newsletters?

From our website, at the bottom of the page there is a section that says "Subscribe to our emails" you enter your email where we welcome you to our family.

Do you need us to attach an invoice to your order? No problem!
